BELEZA 2009
We are very proud to release our signature Bordeaux blend that is grown and produced right here on the Cawston Bench! This is a big red that has spent 20 months in the finest French and American barrels and then bottled unfiltered and unfined. We also aged it a further 6 months in bottle before release. It is a true reflection of our terroir and a worthy follow-up to our previous vintages. This wine will age well in the bottle over the next 5-7 years!!

SYRAH 2009 | SOLD OUT!
This single vineyard syrah is grown just south of the Cawston Bench at the picturesque Scout Vineyard. The grapes are grown in rocky soils and cropped to under 2 tons per acre. The resulting wine is awash with gamey notes with brambly fruit and black pepper playing a supporting role. Aged 20 months in mostly new French oak barrels, this wine will reward proper and extended cellaring. This initial syrah release was bottled unfined and unfiltered. Best after 2013.

2010 CHARDONNAY | SOLD OUT!
After missing the 2009 vintage, we are happy to say that our chardonnay 2010 is now available! Sorry to make you wait so long.(We had a few harsh emails about the skipped vintage)! The 2010 is definetely our style of wine. It is big, rich and loaded with meyer lemon and tropical flavours. 40% was fermented and aged in barrel and 60% done in stainless steel. No malolactic fermentation took place to retain bright and fresh flavours.

2010 CHILL | SOLD OUT!
This is a delicious wine that is made from our old muscat and riesling vines. Those of you who snapped up our Late harvest Muscat will want to stock this pretty wine as it shows all of that delicate orange blossom and floral notes we all love from our muscat wines and has a nice fresh lip-smacking finish that goes on and on. The grapes for this wine were picked and pressed in bone-chilling -14 degree temperatures (extreme icewine conditions!).

2010 GAMAY | SOLD OUT!
This single vineyard Gamay is grown on the Cawston Bench just a 5 minute walk away from Orofino. The grapes were picked at a low brix level to accentuate the flavours of the grapes and to develop a fresh, food-friendly wine. Aged 4 months in older French oak barrels, this wine is full of fresh, bright red fruit with notes of white pepper.

2010 RIESLING | NEW RELEASE!
The Orofino style of Riesling focuses on opulent flavours and expression of the Similkameen dirt. The wine has a rich mouth feel with a fine balance of acidity with a small amount of residual sugar. Lime, mango, pineapple, green apple...

2010 PINOT GRIS | SOLD OUT!
The grapes for this wine were grown in 2 distinct vineyard sites. The Hendsbee Vineyard is right beside Orofino on the hot Cawston Bench. The Scout Vineyard grapes come from a block grown right beside the Similkameen River about 10kms south of our winery.

2009 PINOT NOIR | SOLD OUT!
The grapes grown for this pinot noir all come from our estate vineyard. 4 different blocks of pinot planted to 4 different clones. Some of the vines are now 22 years old. The wine spent 16 months in the finest French oak barrels before being blended and bottled unfiltered and unfined.

The premium merlot grapes for this wine were grown by Chris Scott in his fabulous 5 acre Oak Knoll vineyard. It was aged in the best american and french barrels for 16 months and then bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This is a rich blend of our vineyard's old vines and our neighbour's young vines. Aged in the finest new French and American oak barrels for 16 months, this bold wine displays rich mouthfeel with loads of dark fruit throughout.

This 100% single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was grown on the Cawston bench. It spent 20 months in the finest French oak barrels and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It was aged for a full year in bottle before release.
