75% Muscat, 13% Chardonnay, 12% Riesling. Big muscat flavours are balanced by citrus and bright acidity. This is very versatile wine that pairs well with sunshine, but it can also handle spicy Asian dishes or salty foods.
The driest of our trio of Rieslings. Lime and wet rocks all over it. Someone once wrote that it has more acid than a Led Zeppelin concert. We liked that. This is a great food wine that will age very very well. Classic Similkameen Riesling.
Notes of ripe apple and almonds blend seemlessly with an underlying mineral streak. Finished very slightly off-dry, this delicious wine is perfect to contemplate on its own or pair with a wide variety of foods.
Wild fermented in old french oak barrels. Our own vines, planted in 1989, help produce an intense and luxurious mouthfeel with flavours of honey, peaches and lime. Perhaps one of our best vintages to date!
This wine shows excellent concentration with bright acidity and well-rounded flavours of lemon, fennel and subtle notes of toasted bread. This was 100% barrel fermented in mostly older oak. The barrel ferment and aging helps the wine to spread out and extend the long finish. Perfectly suited to pasta and cream sauces or west coast seafood.
Our follow up to the highly acclaimed 2018 vintage, this is again 100% Muscat grapes from the Cawston Bench. Savoury yet floral showing notes of herbs, apricot blossom, and orange oils. This is a minimal intervention wine and may show a little bit of haze.
