This wine shows excellent concentration with bright acidity and well-rounded notes of briny lemon and slate. 100% barrel fermented in mostly older neutral French oak. Perfectly suited to shellfish but also tasty with salty potato chips!
The driest of our trio of Rieslings. Lime and wet rocks all over it. Someone once wrote that it has more acid than a Led Zeppelin concert. We liked that. This is a great food wine that will age very very well. Classic Similkameen Riesling.
Dry and full bodied, this wine explodes with notes of apricots, orange oil, herbs and floral notes! Tannins create structure and richness that stands up to a variety of foods. Unfiltered and unfined, this is a minimal intervention wine and may show a little bit of haze.
Our very first Traiditonal Method Bubbly, made exclusively for our club members! Made from 100% Riesling, this wine spent 60 months on the lees and had zero dosage added. Classic bread-y notes. Very food friendly! Limited quantities available.
