Gamay Bubble 2021

A traditional method fermentation using Gamay from a vineyard on the Cawston Flats just below our winery. Fermented dry with zero dosage and only a tiny amount of sulphites added at disgorging. Unfined and unfiltered. This has Cawston written all over it! Only available through the winery.
