Pinot Gris MagBag 2022
The wine was fermented at cool temperatures to help preserve the delicate aromatics, then aged 100% in stainless steel tanks where it was allowed to rest on the lees for a richer mouthfeel and bolder flavour. Multiple pickings and several different ferments add complexity.
